Welcome P.E.I.'s Billy Roy Murnaghan releases his second CD compilation, 'RU4-LUV CAFE'. Following the format of his first release 'FINE LINE', the current CD consists of six tracks featuring both Pop and Country mixes. Murnaghan now living in Barrie, Ontario, is a prolific song writer and acknowledges his Prince Edward Island roots as a strong influence on his writing style.
